Our dedicated reservation and guest services team work to ensure the security and care of your holiday home by actively screening guests. Should any issues occur, our guest services team is available on-call after hours and during weekends to assist and provide exceptional guest service.
Cleaning and Maintenance.
We offer a professional and complete cleaning service, providing commercial linen and making sure all the little extras are taken care of. We work closely with a trusted local cleaning company to ensure your property is thoroughly checked pre and post guest stay. We also organise the up-keep and maintenance of your property as required. We work closely with local trusted contractors who provide the best care and competitive rates.
Marketing Expertise.
We have an in-house graphics and marketing team who will work with you to develop an effective marketing plan to make your holiday home stand out from the rest. Using a range of digital platforms we will ensure your property reaches the widest audience possible by using effective marketing strategies.
