Once your property is listed and the open homes have begun, will the agent provide you with a weekly vendor report with buyer feedback? A great agent will do this and it will help you to make any changes to your property or re-think your collateral strategy. Can the agent provide a list of potential buyers backed up with evidence of continuous contact? You want to know how the agent is communicating with potential buyers that have expressed an interest in your property.
