A sales consultant from your local Harcourts office will be in touch either by email or phone. They’ll ask to set up a time for a free appraisal so they can assess your property and tell you what it’s worth. At this stage, you’re under no obligation to go ahead with the listing or sale. We’ll give you all the information you need about the current market, your home and the sales process so you can make an informed decision. If you then decide to go ahead and list with us, that’s when you’ll be entered into the competition.
If I’ve already listed with my local Harcourts office do I need to fill out the form on this page?
No, if you’ve listed with Harcourts between 10 April and 31st July, you will have been automatically entered in the draw. We recommend you speak to your Harcourts agent in person to find out more.
Does my house need to be listed and sold before I can enter the draw?
Your house just needs to be listed between 10th April and 31st July. It doesn’t necessarily have to sell in this time.
Can I use any agent within Harcourts?
Yes, as long as they work within the offices taking part in this competition. All offices in Otago are taking part, and click here to see a full list of the other offices in the South Island.
When can I take the trip if I win?
Any time that suits you within 12 months after the announcement of the winner.
Can I gift the trip to someone or take more people?
The trip is non-transferrable. The prize is for the winner and one other person. You can arrange for additional people to travel at your own cost.
What costs are covered in the prize?
Return flights for two from Christchurch to the destination you’ve won and six nights for two in luxury accommodation. One of these six is an overnight layover in either Hong Kong or Singapore. Additional costs such as spending money, food, transport, airport transfers and insurance are not included.
